Can the paper or bags be reused?

Yes. You can reuse a sheet of paper or a bag for the same kind of cheese. When you notice butterfat stains, it's time for a new sheet or bag.

Is cheese paper edible?

No. Why would it be?

What side of the paper comes into contact with the cheese?

The printed side is the outside.

Does cheese wrapped in Formaticum need to be refrigerated?

Yes, we are not miracle workers.

What type of plastic is used?

Polyethylene.  Not PVC and certainly no BPA.

Where do the paper and bags come from?

France, where else would it come from?

What else can you store in our paper and bags?

Our products also work well for butter, charcuterie, and sandwiches of all varieties.
